Business Strategy Review

We ask some searching questions to determine the company vision, strategy, and general direction by performing a classic SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). We then compose the results using our Executive Architecture Framework to structure, validate and present the information.

We then bring our experience and expertise in marketing and e-business service design to add a unique perspective and set of ideas together with an outline of an approach to realising the vision. Typically, our involvement acts as a catalyst to maximising the business potential and adding significant value to those initiatives.

Technical Due Diligence or Health Check

We take a similar structured approach to independently assess the effectiveness or integrity of a solution architecture, design or system implementation. Our methodical and incisive analysis usually uncovers any underlying issues, but our experience tempers any assessment; we know just how complex business information systems can be.

However, we present our findings in a plain and uncomplicated manner, and generally add significant value by making sensible and practical recommendations for remedying any issues, and ensuring the business gets the best value from its ICT and information systems; making sure it delivers benefits to the users, to operations and to management.
